While investigating a trouble alarm in Cox Hall, the odor of marijuana was also detected. A guest was asked to leave the building.

A computer keyboard was reported missing from the 2nd floor lobby of Cox Hall.

The odor of marijuana was found on the third floor of Greenspring D where an uncooperative student resident was cited for MIP Alcohol and a second PCS marijuana. APD assisted in interviewing the suspects.
01/17/10, 1 a.m.
Officers observed strange behavior involving three students and a guest in parking lot 16. Alcohol was found in plain view. The driver of the vehicle was cited PCS Marijuana and MIP Alcohol.
01/17/10, 2:15 a.m.
Two guests of a resident of Greensprings were cited MIP and trespassed from campus after having been warned not to bring in alcohol. The two used an alternate entrance and were found on the resident’s floor with the alcohol. The keys to the room were confiscated and the guests were asked to leave campus.

A room resident in Hawthorne Hall was contacted regarding the odor of marijuana. The resident was warned for Marijuana use.
01/19/10, 7:50 a.m.
Stong winds downed tree branches and two vehicles sustained little to no damage from one of the limbs that fell. The vehicle owners were contacted and the tree limbs were removed.

A motorcycle cover was found blowing away in the wind along 382 Wightman St. It was discovered on the porch and held for the owner to claim.

A resident in Greensprings reported breathing difficulties. AFR responded and the victim was transported for further medical evaluation.

A student reported falling near the Science building. The victim received care at the Student Health and Wellness Center.

A room resident in Greensprings D was contacted regarding the odor of marijuana. The resident was cited for Marijuana use and paraphernalia property was confiscated.

The Parking Enforcement Officer reported the theft of a stop sign, barrier anwd post were stolen from the area in front of the Science building.

A subject was asked to leave the RVTV building when criminal mischief was discovered. The subject was asked to leave and will be criminally trespassed should he return to the building anytime in the future.
